Unexpected update to version 7

Recently my version 6 eM Client spontaneously decided to upgrade to version 7. I had a Pro license for version 6 but the version 7 installation only has the free license and I need more than two accounts so the Pro license is essential. What can I do about this? I found an option to upgrade a license on the website but this didn’t work and reported an “internal error”.

It might have been a temporary error on the server. The best option is to try again, and if you still get an error, either try a different web browser or write to sales@emclient.com for further assistance.

Another option is, as a Pro License user, to open a support ticket.
