Unexpected end of stream preventing the sending of emails

Frequently I get an error message stating “Cannot send message. Email body not accepted with reason: unexpected end of stream.” I never had this issue with Outlook. What is the glitch I need to correct?

I am getting the same error.

It literally says:

An error occurred

Cannot send message (Email body not accepted with reason: “Unexpected end of stream”)

Version 5.0.18025.0

It is working now. So I can’t send screenshot.

The wording is word for word as I wrote above previously

Can’t you ever give an answer without a screen shot especially when someone gives you the error measure verbatim. I have the same problem and it has only occurred after changing my email password on both the client and my ISP’s server.

It is easy, basic way how to solve issues is to ask for screenshot, it very often helps to see what exactly user consider as an issue and if it even is issue. It is basic support line tool to help :wink:
