Have never seen this error "[email protected] the authentication failed due to the following reason “unexpected end of stream” smtp attempt to connect to [email protected] failed. this could be caused by temp server unavailablity or incorrect settings do you want to check settings?s

could you copy the Log from third tab in the Tools>Settings>Operations window when this error pops up again?
It will contain more information about the cause of this issue.
