Unable to upgrade to 10 after buying upgrade

I just bought the v10 upgrade to my v 9 Pro license (Windows). I downloaded it and executed the download. Now it just keeps telling me that I need to buy the 10 license which I already have done. Thus, I can’t get any email at all and of course can’t send any since the program won’t open.

Please help…

I see you upgraded your license beginning with 7a13bdb4. That is now for version 10.

However, you are currently using another license beginning with dc12a54d which is for version 9 only.

Go to Menu > Help > License and deactivate the version 9 license, then click on Activate and paste in the full version 10 license key.

I have also resent your license keys to you by email in case you don’t have them.
