Unable to update 6.0.22344.0 from 6.0.22328.0

After auto update download & run 6.0.22344.0, the installer stop, giving me the msg that I had the latest ver which I check is still 6.0.22328.0 . Every time when starting eM, it will inform that there is a update (22344).

Not using proxy, still unable to update after disable security software. Tried both update option and installer from your link.

Might skip current update since ver 22328 not causing any problem for me. Hopefully able to update future version.

The update contains a couple of useful fixes regarding Gmail and Exchange accounts mostly. Make sure you don’t have any proxy settings enabled in Internet Explorer, seems odd the application would be unable to update as none of our users have appear to have this issue while updating to this release.

Navigate to IE  > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings and make sure you’re using automatic detection and that no proxy is setup.

Having same issue. Downloaded installer from link above (http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.22344/setup.msi ) and still says later version installed

What is happening here? why wont eM give better support???
