I had a problem with a colleague’s email addresses based on his workplace. I can receive emails from him but I can’t send them. They get rejected, the error reference indicating the address might have securities set up indicating my emails are spam. I phoned my colleague, who is supposedly something of a computer/email expert and he tried a few things without success, indeed making things worse. I now find I cannot send any emails, but I’m still receiving them. My email address ia a “btinternet.com” one and I can still send them through webmail.
any thoughts please?
