Unable to reply to an email

I have an email here that I can’t reply to. Forward does not work either.

You should always be able to reply to any email, even if it contains corrupted html or there are missing images.

can you please send me the problematic email to staron@emclient.com ?

The problem was connected with flash part contained in the email. We will adjust eM Client to filter it to one of the next versions. Meanwhile you will need either not to send/receive emails with flash or to filter it some other way (e.g. have not flash installed).
