Unable to read from wowway.com

I can send from eM Client but will not read anything. This started yesterday and up until then it was working fine. I run the diagnostics and you find errors with the POP3 end, SMTP works fine. I clicked Fix and after a minute or so, you indicate it is Fixed and I hit Save and Exit. Nothing changes.

Are you being presented with any errors on screen or in the MENU > OPERATIONS tabs?

Have you tried temporarily suspending anti-virus/vpn applications?

Can you share your POP3 settings (minus passwords)?

When you say “will not read anything” do you mean when you click on an email in your inbox nothing happens ? Are the emails blank ?

Or is it only specific emails that won’t read ?. Is any emails reading ok when you click on them.

Do you see a small little line moving across (above the email) when you click and email to read ?

Need more information on “Will not read”
