Unable to press “New…” button in the “Move to folder” dialog using the keyboard in macos

When I press Shift-Cmd-V on MacOs, the "Move to folder” dialog appears, where a “New folder…” button has an underline letter N.

I want to press the New folder… button without using the mouse, but neither of the following works:

Cmd-N
Option-N
Control-N
Shift-N
