I have the basic (free) software and use only the calendar. Yesterday was updating calendar, deleting and editing items and all of a sudden when I clicked on an item to open it I got it in minature next to my calendar icon which is pinned to my task bar. I have tried everything including reloading the eM Client software and nothing works to restore it. Help!!
The window is probably off screen.
Open an event, then hover your mouse over the taskbar icon. When you see the thumbnail, right-click in it and choose Move. Use the keyboard arrow keys to bring the window back into view.
