Unable to login into Vip Support

Hi,

I recently buy pro version. Now I try to login into support page and I’m unable to do it.
I was try to reset password using https://support.emclient.com/ - response was: We encountered a problem (unable to find a user account with email address MY_MAIL@HERE

Any steps i can perform to login to support portal?

Hi Gary,

I also recently purchased two licenses 3 days ago. I cannot login to VIP support. I believe I have found a bug.
