I recently renewed my license and upgraded to eM Client 9. Cannot figure out how to install it however, as all attempts have failed. I also have VIP Support.
A popup asks if I want to repair, remove or delete older versions, so I click on remove or delete.but the application won’t load.
Need remote assistance if possible to install. This problem has now been going on for a month with no resolution.
I would appreciate whatever remote support help or whatever help you can provide.
