My trash folder shows 15 emails all the time. If I delete some emails from the inbox then they get added to the trash folder making the count more than 15. When I try to now empty the trash folder it deletes all the newly deleted email but then gets stuck at 15 emails still to be deleted. How can I fully empty the trash folder?
Please close eM Client and open a Windows Command Prompt. Not a powershell, but a command prompt.
Paste in this command:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\MailClient.exe” /dbrepair
When that is done restart eM Client.
Are the 15 messages still in the Trash?
