My old computer died and the hard drive is inaccesible. I cannot deactivate my licence and although I have downloaded eMClient on to my new computer it won’t work until I can activate the licence. I have downloaded all my old files.

Many thanks. Have just done that… so fingers crossed they will sort.

You don’t need to deactivate the old device. Just activate it on the new one, and it will automatically remove the old device from the license.
