Hi Bobby, are you seeing any error messages from the application?
If so, can you make a screenshot of the error and post it here on the forum?
Also can you make a screenshot of your current account settings from Tools > Accounts > Your account > POP/IMAP/SMTP tab?
don’t know how to post screenshot…error screen shows (POP3) attempt to connect failed for CenturyTel …same except (IMAP) for aol. I use auto setup … settings show host as pop.centurytel.net (port=995) or IMAP.aol.com. also msg at bottom of screen "error when receiving from account bgraytex@CenturyTel.net. Invalid argument supplied 188.8.131.52.995
Paul, found that problem was my firewall…guess install of new vers required me to allow comm using emclient… anyway it’s working…sorry if I took up some of your valuable time… thanx.
