I have been having this problem lately even though I have used the service for months with no problems. I tried the firewall solution from the help page and the license is good. I need help!

When I try to access the address, I get a login page that I can’t log into. The error is attached. I was also getting: unable to connect to licensed server for x# of days error sometimes, but it isn’t up right now.
Anybody there with an answer. I can barely use my laptop without email! Thanks

I just sent it from my desk top computer.
I don’t know what to do except find a different email program. Is there any help? something I should try?
For those of you having this problem, I just set my account up as if it was new (under add new account)
and then deleted the old version and it is working so far.
