I have found that the UI for a new message does not allow for me to always click on the “add cc and bcc” link/button to add those fields when preparing the message… It appears related to if the “To” address field has been expanded to multi-line.
I have attached a screenshot that shows a case where I faked some long email address in to and am left unable to click cc/bcc to add those fields when preparing the message… The shot does not give it justice, but at this point hovering or clicking on Add CC& BCC does nothing.
