I cannot access the Online Archival (In-place Archive) from my mail account using the eM Client Mobile application. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps, I have been unable to resolve this matter independently.

Have you tried going into your mobile email account “Special Folders” and disabling the automatic detection and then “manually specifying the Archive folder”’ as in the below example IMAP account.
If you have already, then you might need to then wait for the next mobile app update hopefully due out soon.
