Suddenly I am no longer able to access the Aliases window by clicking on the Aliases button in General tab under Accounts. Instead nothing happens, and when I click again, I get a “ding” sound, and the program freezes.

what version of eM Client are you currently running? (Help>About section)
Have you tries restarting eM Client/your computer and see if the issue still persists? Isn’t the window open but hidden under any other?


eM Client version is 6.0.24928.0. Yes, I have rebooted computer several times, and opened and closed eM Client several times.  It works properly on my Acer desktop running Windows 8.1, but not on my Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10.
