I set up a rule to run on incoming messages from a specific email address. The rule has two parts, move to a sub-folder and forward a copy to another email address. The forward works, the move to sub-folder does not. If I remove the forward, then the move to sub-folder works. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this? Thanks.
That’s odd. Maybe not the solution you are looking for, but until you can work it out why not use two separate rules?
I will set it up this way. Although I have a lot of rules like this so iI wonder if it is a bug or something unique to this particular email. I will try it with some others.
