I’m migrating my personal email to a hosting provider (Zoho) - and, after doing the initial email copying, I went to set up the account in eM Client to test things out.
It uses the same email address as my current live account (I haven’t migrated the MX record yet) but with a different password. SMTP connection worked fine in my original attempt but IMAP always fails. The “Test configuration” phase just sits there until I click on the “ignore test results” button.
When I hit the “Fix” button, it ignores the server settings and tries to communicate with the server that my current MX record points to - which fails because the password is different. So I can’t actually get the setup to finish cleanly and it results in an account setup that doesn’t work.
Error message in the log for IMAP is:

I used exactly the same settings in Thunderbird and everything worked happily. As you can see, it’s talking to the right IMAP server
Any ideas?
