When I reply to a message, I often Snooze the original as a future reminder. The message disappears from the Inbox (as expected), but almost immediately reappears as my Reply to the original. So I must Snooze it again. Two suggested improvements:

That just sounds like a normal eg: Conversation reply where the snoozed original email will still show as “you replied to it before snoozing”.
The Snooze is designed to reply to those new messages “at a later time in the day or days” and and not prior to snoozing them.
keep the message thread hidden from the inbox if it’s there only as a consequence of my Reply
