I’ve just started using eM Client on a Windows 11 laptop. I have successfully added 3 email accounts: 2 aol (no comments please) and 1 Gmail. Additionally, I have a MS account which uses one of the aol accounts for the username.
Now I want to add Teams (this was converted from Skype recently) as a Chat account but when I click next I am immediately taken to the MS “trying to log you in” page (Sign in to your account).
At no point was I prompted to enter an email address and after only a few seconds, the eM Client reports an error “Teams account authentication failed”.
As I say, I have not been prompted for an account name or email address, nor for a password and my MS Authenticator app has no open requests.
Any suggestions welcome!
