I get this alert when I try to use AI with V10.0.2934.
I clicked the ‘Buy License’ button which led me to the standard eM Client license page. I currently have a lifetime license.
AI is an addon. It is not included in your lifetimes upgrades license.

Thank you, I’ve downloaded version 10. The link that you provided to add the addon works. However, the link in the application takes a user to the standard eM Client license page, where there is no option to buy the addon. Shouldn’t the ‘Buy License’ button take a user to the link that you provided?

Does that include lifetime AI functionality, or is it restricted to also a number of tokens?

You can purchase an AI addon here. It is a monthly subscription which allows you to generate about 300k words using the AI. It is unlikely, but if you exceed that in a month, you can purchase extra AI credits for another 300k words.
ok so its a pay as you go system. The tokens do not vanish after 30 days if you still have them.

No, it is a monthly subscription. There is no rollover.
The AI addon resets at the end of the month. The same with extra credits; if you don’t use them within a month, you lose them.
