When I accidentally delete an email, then change my mind and drag it back to my inbox, the email disappears. Can’t be found anywhere. Worked in version 7. Advice is appreciated.
I just tried dragging an email from TRASH to INBOX and it worked perfectly.
I am using WINDOWS 10 and eM Client v8 POP3 only.
I can also drag email from the Trash to Inbox using the latest EM Client V8 for Win 10 using a Gmail IMAP account. @Tharman55 What type of email account do you have ? POP, IMAP or Exchange etc.
A thought… perhaps when you drag over to the inbox in the folder list, could you be dropping it, unintentionally, into another folder that is close to the INBOX?
