Transfert a mail when we are in CCI

Hello,
I have a problem that a customer reported to me.
When we receive an email in a shared mailbox and we are blind copied (BCC), the sender of the forwarding is not the shared mailbox, but the user’s primary mailbox, and this causes problems with the email flow.
Is there a way to fix this?

Example:

  1. I have a shared mailbox ([email protected]) to which I have full rights
  2. An external user ([email protected]) sends me an email whose BCC is [email protected]
  3. I receive the email in my delegated mailbox ([email protected])
  4. When I try to forward the email to [email protected], the “From” field uses the primary email address of my account ([email protected]) instead of [email protected].
  5. The recipient of the transfer will receive the primary account email as the sender instead of the shared email.
They will therefore reply to the primary email and not the shared email.

Today, I have another client who makes a lot of transfers from his shared mailbox (Microsoft 365) and who complains that the sender is the main user account of the mailbox and not the shared mailbox.
This is very inconvenient, and I don’t want to change his email client.
Please let me know if the development team understands the problem and if they can fix it quickly.
Thank you.
