I received an email from an account that I always am able to open. Since the newest version of
EMClient that I just downloaded a week ago, I get the message
“Tracking pixel has been detected and downloaded. You can disable with PRO version” I have the
free version and have no need to upgrade. How can I open this email?

You should still be able to open that email as that just means “as you said” unless you had the Pro version of eM Client you carnt disable email tracking but won’t affect opening the message.
What happens when you try to open or read the message. Do you get an error message ?
