I would like to track an email to see if tit has been opened by the recipient .MSGTAG does not work with EMClient
Hi Tony, not completely sure what you’re referring to as .MSGTAG, however you can use the built-in options for delivery/read receipts, unfortunately it is not supported to use another form of tracking in your messages.
To enable read/delivery receipts, please navigate to the application settings under Tools > Settings > Mail > Receipts.
