Please inform the procedure to show the Toolbar (menu with Insert, Format text, etc …) when ANSWERING a certain message.
Also inform how to enable / insert the Horizontal Line to split the messages.

You will find most of the options by clicking the More button on the right of the toolbar.
Not sure what you means by splitting messages. Maybe you could explain a bit more Idacil.
