Toolbar icon for Category

Currently if you want to tag a message with a particular category you must do the following:

  1. Select the message(s)
  2. Right click the message(s) to open the context menu.
  3. Move the mouse to the bottom of the context menu
  4. Select the category from the categories sub-menu.

Would it be possible to just have a categories toolbar icon and make it a first class feature.
