TOO LATE OPENING ATTACHMENTS

I want to open attachments , is opening too late. (Eg pdf). Approximately 10 seconds after the opening.
Waiting for at least 10 seconds in the following screen

Maybe you’re not downloading attachments (and the contents) of an e-mail automatically?

Maybe the attachment is only downloaded when you try to open it?

Hi, yes exactly as Hans suggested.
eM Client automatically only downloads the headers of emails and the body and attachments are downloaded after opening the email and the attachment.

If you want to speed things up you can check the option “Download messages for offline use” to do so, go to Tools > Accounts > Your account and the option should be on the “General” tab.

I have the same problem. My ceo wants to open the attachemts. Just by clicking.
Some attachments are 10,25, 30 MB. Is there any limitation? Please help bcs i havent solve this yet and i want to keep my job.
