I’m trying to set an e/m account on a new device.
This is the existing account in my eM Client on PC, but in settings I can see only the dots and I don’t remember the password for this account.
Any way to recover it from eM Client?

Best way is to use the built-in eM Client backup and restore which should then not appear.
First on your old computer, make a manual backup via “Menu / Backup”. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via the dropdown on the right of Refresh top left.
Then once completed go to your “Documents / eM Client” folder and copy the backup.zip file onto an external drive.
Then go to your new computer and copy that backup.zip file from your external drive to your same “Documents / eM Client” folder.
Then open eM Client and skip the setup wizard and click “Menu / File / Restore” which should then automatically find your backup.zip file in your Documents / eM Client folder and start restoring.
You should then be right to go.
