Running into the same issue.
I’m having the same issue using the latest version of eM client as of July 30, 2021. The same events are the correct time in outlook.com web page and outlook on mac, but off by one hour in eM Client. Also the events seem to randomly put themselves into the “STANDARD” time zone, which is not an actual time zone in the list. This is kind of a deal breaker for me, really love this interface but need it to show the correct times. I bought 5 licenses before discovering this bug, so frustrating.
