this computer cannot be activated due to violation of our license policy

I use EM for my dell laptop and acer laptop. Last week still can use, just need to reactive once swap laptop login. After CNY cannot use at all, pop up “this computer cannot be activated due to violation of our license policy” please contact support.

Just found from other thread that only 1 device for 1 account…

How should I do to reactive my account on my dell laptop only? FYI, I have uninstall emclient from my acer laptop, but still unable to reactive license.
