I had to reinstall the program after the last update failed
If there is no license option under Menu > Help, then you have installed eM Client from the MS Store. That version uses a monthly subscription which you will need to purchase from the Microsoft Store for Pro features, or you can just use it as is for the Free version.
If you have a Pro license from us, and want to use that, you will need to uninstall the MS Store version, then download eM Client from our website instead and install that.
ok I just paid the monthly subscription. How do I ensure that I’m not billed on the other one on a recurring basis?
