Example:
Em Client is configured with 4 Mail accounts.
Account 1 (is set as default account)
Account 2 (contains mails)
Account 3 (contains one mail)
Account 4 (containes mails
In 3 is on mail
I press “Reply”
The opend form contain the sender mail address from Account 1 what is the default
This is reproducable with the other accounts No.2 & No.4 and the Replay, sender is always the default instead the real accont name
I use Windows 11 Pro EN, updates all current
EM Client Version 9.2.2258, its a fresh installation from today
It can happen if you don’t have the sending protocol enabled for those accounts.
Go to Menu > Accounts and click on the General tab for each account. The SMTP service should be ticked. For free MS accounts like outlook.com, Hotmail, MSN, etc., the AirSync service should be ticked.
OK, I ticked the AirSync Box, it was not,
I dont understand the other setting, Include when sending … it was already ticked.
Now it looks like in the attached image
