I am an eM Client Pro user. I have a very strange and worrying problem. I have been using Roundcube email for a while. I noticed that outgoing reply emails are not found in my inbox for some time, I checked and outgoing (sent) emails after 18.09.2023 are missing. I checked, and although you send the letter and the reply letter, the recipient receives it, but the sent letter “disappears” from the inbox, not visible at all. I have contacted the server provider, everything is ok here. Checked via web interface, all ok here too. With eM Client Gmail ok. With Outlook mailer same mailbox ok. So I came to the conclusion that the eM Client is not ok, here is the error, it is working wrong. Please help.

If you have conversations view currently enabled, try temporarily disabling that via “Menu / View / Conversations / Disable Conversations” and then see if the missing reply emails are in your sent box.
I did the recommended setup. Unfortunately, the situation has not changed. In the case of a letter sent from the eM Client, the recipient will receive a reply message, the eM Client will indicate that ‘the message has been answered’, and the Roundcube Webmail web interface will also indicate that the message has been answered. However, the response message cannot be found either in the eM Client or on the web interface, it practically ‘disappears’. This is a serious ERROR! Own company, own domain, own hosting, business correspondence! Additional test: The mail sent from the Roundcube Webmail web interface is displayed well in both the eM Client and the Roundcube Webmail web interface. Maybe there was a bug in the latest eM Client update?!
This probably means that the server doesn’t create a copy of the message in the Sent folder.
Go to Menu> Accounts > General tab. Scroll down to the Send section and tick the option to save a copy of the sent message. Click on Save & Close and send a message then see if there is a copy in the Sent folder.
