I have searched for an answer. On my new computer (Windows 11) I have downloaded EMClient. When I try to send a delayed email, it says that the service in not available. I also get messages stating my “Free” license on has ‘X’ days left.
I have a lifetime free upgrade account that is supposed to be usable on up to three devices. How do I get the account to my new laptop when the link “License” does not appear?
BTW: It has a link that says “Buy PRO version” which I do not need.
By the way, the VIP Support button/link does not appear in Menu either
The Menu - Help - Licence link does not appear.
If there is no License menu to activate, that normally means you have installed the Windows store version where you pay Microsoft a monthly subscription so you don’t enter it manually.
So uninstall that version, and then download and install “the same or later version” from the website release history page. Then go to “Menu / Help / Licence” and enter your license key and activate it. You should then be ok to send & receive mail.
If you carn’t locate your activation key, go to the following link and enter your registered email address and the key will be emailed to you which you can then access via your browser webmail.
