loading the mail text when replying to a message in the new mail window takes about 3-4 seconds until the “old” mail text appears in the new window, although the mail text is already available in the preview window.
Even if it is only a few lines, loading the mail text when replying in the new window is slow.
This was already partly the case with version 9, but unfortunately it is still the case in the current version 10 beta. Is there a solution for this?

Slow loading text in a new mail window can be related to eg: Internet connection speed, or the speed of the computer, or can also be related to a possible corrupted mail account or database.
What speed is your Internet connection?
What computers specs do you have ? cpu, ram, hard-disk (mechanical or ssd) etc & OS ver.
Also have you ever tried removing and readding your account?
Lastly is this a POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account.

300 mbit/s

AMD Ryson 7 PRO 4750 GE (3,3 GHz), 32 GB Ram, SSD, Windows 11 Pro
Also have you ever tried removing and readding your account?
Yes, unfortunately with the same result.
Another user on a different computer with a different mailbox also has this problem.

Exchange Web Service over Exchange Online

Ok, are you running any optionally installed firewall / security programs or optionally installed antivirus programs or vpn’s ?
If you are running optional programs like that, try completely disabling those to test incase of any interference.
Apart from that I’d suggest to next “try renaming your current eM Client database” and create a new one to test if it’s an actual database issue.
So as you have Windows 11, close eM Client and then rename the following eM Client hidden folder to eg: eM Client-Old, and then reopen eM Client and setup as new. Then see if you still get the same delay.
(Windows hidden eM Client database folder)
“Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client”
Just an observation:
I was recently on holiday for 6 days and had left my laptop with a colleague for him to monitor emails etc.
Curiously he commented that eMC was slow to populate both new & replied to email messages with the configured designated template & signature, these are variables dependant upon particular factors.
I was already aware of this issue and have previously tested using different high spec laptops getting the same result on both.
The really strange thing is that the ‘slow’ population is only apparent on the first use after ‘sleep’ or ‘boot’.
As such I view this issue as an unwanted ‘feature’ of eMC and not a particular annoyance that has been there for as long as I can remember, certainly, for me, nothing to loose any sleep over.
This only applies to eMC v9.2.*
