The licence was removed, any try to add the licence again leads to an error

I started em Client and I was told, that there is no license (all of a sudden). Then I tried to enter my license, and I was told, that this computer can not be activated: Reason: License policy. I should contact support.

So what is wrong?

do you already have email client installed on another computer?? Only allowed one free license.
