From English to Russian
What is the problem?
It depends on the bulk of the text in the email being other than the language you use in eM Client. So if you have set the language (Menu > Settings > General > Language) to Russian, and you receive an email with both Russian and English text, if there is more Russian that English, you won’t be offered a translation.
Another possibility is you have disabled translations for English (Menu > Settings > Mail > Translation). If you have set English to Never, you won’t be offered translations for any English text.
There is no Russian in the letter and translation from English into Russian is configured, but I get “Translation error”

I had a similar issue, not with Russian.
EXACTLY what do you have configured for English into Russian?

Yes translation should and can work that is why I asked questions.
I need to know EXACTLY where and what settings you have in eMC.
With screenshots if you can.
Also what is the “WORST” problem you say exists?
If you can not answer my questions I can not help you by guessing.

All I have done is to illustrate that the eMC translation works from English to Russian on my system, if you do not understand that fact then I can not help you.
Further, I have asked you for specific information because there is obviously something wrong with either the way that you say you have the translator configured in eMC, or perhaps your system.
Plus, you assert “Of course, this is not the worst problem” and when asked you have not said what you think this is.
If you think my replies are SPAM then you certainly need help, but not from me.
I know this is your first Post on this Forum, however, I do not know how long you have been using eMC; if it is within the first year you are entitled to Free VIP Support, if not you can extend for a small fee.
