Something seems to be missing when I have updated to Windows 10. I have had major problems and just downgraded and upgraded again. The fault appeared just before I down graded. I hoped it would go away as if the system.IO.File is not found? HtmlINTEROP can’t be read either (information in Swedish). I include a pic of the message box .
Where to start and what to do next?
It says that I can activate fault logging by enter (below) but I would not know what to do with the result. [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) till 1
Hello, if the application crashes, can you please copy the content of the error from the report and submit it to us here on forum for more information about the issue?

When I try to reinstall, I get the following message (se pic) and the link to this place:
C:\Users\Asus\AppData\Local\Temp\bzomdq31.xe5\
I click Ok and abort, and the final pop-up tells me that the previous version could not be removed.
Currently what I would like to do is to simply reinstall it all and start all over.
I have copied the em-libraries to dropbox and can put them back in order to get the same set-up as before (I assume, please advise).
Also, I will most probably remove the report above as I think it gives away too much information about me. Please tell me when you done with it.
Hello Annika, this seems to be caused by a corrupt installation, please try to uninstall the program using the installer to your currently installed release. Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features and click on eM Client to find out the release number of your installation. After you find out the release check http://www.emclient.com/release-history to download the release’s installer for successful uninstall.
Then you should be able to reinstall using that setup or the newest setup available on the release history page.
I had to download a uninstaller (REVO) in order to uninstall eM Client as the .msi-file location had changed. I have downloaded and reinstalled it, and added all the accounts and signatures again.
However, if a reinstallation is necessary again - where are the signatures installed so I can import them more easily next time?
Also, the trouble was indeed that nothing could be done via the uninstaller in eM or in Windows as the same fault message appeared. Next time I will look upon the way-to-do listed above though, before I try REVO.
Hello Annika,
usually, when not dealing with a specific problem like yours was, you won’t need to uninstall eM Client and if you just reinstall it over the old version all your data should be secure and ready for use, including the signatures.
