In all of my emails the following sentences are added.  “The content of this email is confidential and intended for the recipient specified in this message only. Any unauthorized review, use, or distribution is prohibited. If you received this message by mistake, please reply to this message and follow with its deletion, so that we can ensure such a mistake does not occur in the future.”

How do I stop this from being added?

That depends where the text is being added. If it is in eM Client, then go to Menu > Tools > Settings > Mail > Templates and Signatures. Check that the text is not included with a signature or in a template that you are using.

If it is being added by your server, you will need to configure that using the web interface for your email account.
