In some received emails either text or images are missing. They are in existence on the server copy, but do not download to my pc. How can this happen? And how can I resolve the problem.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. In that case, can you please tell us how is your account set up (POP3/IMAP/EWS) and send us an example of such a message in .eml (please right-click it and select ‘Save As…’) to [email protected] with a link to this thread so we can examine it more closely? Please also include as screenshot from the webmail so we know how the message is supposed to look.
