As a recent convert to eM Client from Outlook, I find there is one feature in Outlook that is sorely lacking in eM Client. A robust text editor.
Are there any plans to improve the current text editor, or to allow use of other text editors, when composing emails?

Mostly the formatting and auto correct features. While I grew to dislike Outlook for many reasons, the use of Word as their text editor was a very nice feature.
i Agree with Milos, the text editor is very poor compared to Word/Outlook. The biggest problem is the spell check, it’s like going back to the 1990’s.
For these reasons I’m forced to stop using em Client. Even this comments box has auto spell underlines via Chrome.
eM Client contains automatic spell check feature - you can enable it in Settings - Mail - Spell Checker
