I keep getting temporary server unavailability issues. Is there a way to limit the frequency of checks for email to say, every 10 minutes rather than as mail comes in? I don’t see that as an option anywhere in settings…
Hello Brett, this can unfortunately be caused by the request to the server timing out before being processed by the server. It is unfortunately not possible to adjust the timeout settings with eM Client.
If this issue occurs intermittently, there should be nothing to worry about and you can hide the errors from displaying in Tools > Settings > General.
If this is a persistent issue, please copy the content of the Log from the “Log” tab and submit it to us here for more information.
