IS there any way to get eM Client to use a template when an e-mail send is invoked by a third party application (in this case, a Quicken invoice)? Setting a default template for the account doesn’t work. I see this idea has been around for a while.
unfortunately eM Client’s Templates do not work that way and will not be changed in the future.
But version 7 uses QuickText extension that lets you create templates that can be easily inserted into your own emails.
Version 7 is still in Alpha testing and I can’t say anything about the release yet, but all information will be on our webpage, facebook (www.fb.com/emclient) and twitter(www.twitter.com/emclient) as soon as it’s available.
