Hello Dima, unfortunately eM Client can currently only translate your outgoing emails into a selected language using the Bing translator in Tools > Translate with Bing or by using the CTRL+T shortcut on a composed message, but unfortunately it is not yet possible to translate incoming email, hopefully in future releases of eM Client.
