tel-Link for phone numbers

Hello,
is there any chance to change the tel: link in the addressbook to a phone: link? tel is on my windows 8 connected to skype and tel to my estos cti  app. I would like to configure it.

Hi Christoph,
unfortunately the tel link name is set by the vCard file format and cannot be changed, or the data would not import or export properly.
