I’m new to this forum; broke up with desktop Outlook in January after a bad crash and worse support after using it since 2002. I have been using eM Client since then and am still struggling. I have identified about 20 problems, ranging from large to small, and am dismayed that there is no way to talk with anyone at eM Client. So I’m asking this group if you know of any IT consultants who are experts in both eM Client and desktop Outlook. I imagine I’ll need a few hours of someone’s time. (And I think being able to talk to someone would be much easier and faster for me than chatting or emailing!)

If you are a non paying free eM Client customer you need to state your issues in this thread in point form and we will try and assist you as best we can in this free user forum.
Or alt if you are a paid Pro customer you can put it all in a VIP Support Ticket via the Pro / Enterprise support page.
I don’t know the terminology, but I’ve paid eM Client. As I wrote, I’m trying to find someone I can speak with–I’m told I can’t speak to the VIP support people.

As you are a then a paid Pro customer as you advised above, then you can certainly ask if there is a paid support phone number to call “when you fill out the VIP Support Ticket” as I mentioned above. I don’t know any support numbers on this free user forum.

Thank you. I asked, and there is no paid phone support, as I tried to say in my initial post. That’s why I’m asking here if anyone knows of any freelance/consultants who could help me.
